Loving the interior of Supply & Demand. It gives off a really relaxing vibe, with the open kitchen concept and different finishing used.
Had the Aglio Olio and Pizza for sharing. Pardon me as i can't remember the names as it was quite some time back but i'll update it once i find out!!! The Aglio Olio was really good! It was cooked in white wine sauce and to perfection! I'm not a big fan of Aglio Olio as i feel that it tends to be dry as it doesn't come with any sauce, however this particular dish proved me wrong! It wasn't dry at all, and i just kept going and it was gone within minutes!
The pizza took around 20-30 mins to reach before us. I could it was worth the wait! Well just look at the yolk in the middle of the pizza! Yuuumm. Supply and Demand's pizza are all thin crust and you could choose between a regular or large portion (if i didn't remember wrongly!)
Supply and Demand also has the bar area at the second level. I heard that the view is magnificent, as it is facing the river! Would love to go check it soon, do share with me your experience if you've been there before!
